Important: All ALLUKRAFT products — including aluminium pergolas, glass railings, profile louvers, and shower partitions — are custom-manufactured as per your specific design, dimensions, colour, profile selection, and glass specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, standard returns or exchanges based on change of mind are not accepted.

1. Why Returns Are Not Applicable for Custom Products

Every ALLUKRAFT product is built to order. From the moment your order is confirmed, our team begins:

Because every item is unique to your project, it cannot be restocked, resold, or repurposed for another customer. Therefore, returns due to change of mind, change of design preference, or order cancellation after production has started are not possible.

2. When Returns / Replacements ARE Accepted

Manufacturing Defect Guarantee: If your delivered product has a genuine manufacturing defect, ALLUKRAFT will take full responsibility — we will either repair the product or manufacture a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.

Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

3. How to Report a Defect — Step-by-Step Process

  1. Inspect on delivery — Check the product carefully at the time of delivery or installation. Note any visible issues immediately.
  2. Report within 48 hours — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a written description of the defect.
  3. Our team inspects — Our quality team will review the photos and, if needed, schedule a site visit to verify the issue.
  4. Resolution within 7–15 working days — Once the defect is confirmed, we will either repair the product on-site or take it back for re-manufacturing. Repaired or new product will be delivered and installed within 7–15 working days depending on the scope.
Note: Defects reported after 48 hours will still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, we strongly recommend inspecting and reporting immediately upon delivery for the fastest resolution.
