If any of the following occurs within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you:

- Covered — Powder coating peeling, fading, or chalking within the warranty period
- Covered — Motor, drive, or actuator failure under normal residential or commercial use
- Covered — Hardware corrosion (hinges, brackets, spigots, fasteners) under standard conditions
What's Not Covered
The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:
- Not Covered — Damage from misuse, accidental impact, or improper handling
- Not Covered — Unauthorised modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs
- Not Covered — Natural wear including minor surface scratches, micro-oxidation, and weathering patina
- Not Covered — Acts of God: earthquakes, storms, flooding, or wind loads exceeding design specification

All aluminium frameworks — pergolas, railings, louver systems, and shower partition frames — carry a 5-year warranty against structural failure, corrosion, and joint separation. This covers bowing, sagging, weld failure, and material degradation under normal use and standard environmental conditions.
How long does the powder coating warranty last?
Exterior powder coating from our certified suppliers (AkzoNobel and Zotun) carries a 15-year warranty against fading, chalking, and peeling. This applies to all standard colour and wood-look finishes on aluminium profiles. Interior applications carry equivalent or extended coverage as environmental exposure is lower.
Are motorised pergola and retractable roof components covered?
Yes. All motorised components — including AC/DC drive units, actuators, rain sensors, wind sensors, and control units — carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and failure under normal operational use. Extended maintenance contracts are available for continued coverage beyond the standard period.
