Warranty Coverage

What's Covered
If any of the following occurs within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you:
- Covered — Colour mismatch from the agreed specification or approved sample
- Covered — Structural bowing, sagging, or deformation of aluminium framework
- Covered — Powder coating peeling, fading, or chalking within the warranty period
- Covered — Motor, drive, or actuator failure under normal residential or commercial use
- Covered — Hardware corrosion (hinges, brackets, spigots, fasteners) under standard conditions
What's Not Covered
The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:
- Not Covered — Damage from misuse, accidental impact, or improper handling
- Not Covered — Unauthorised modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs
- Not Covered — Natural wear including minor surface scratches, micro-oxidation, and weathering patina
- Not Covered — Acts of God: earthquakes, storms, flooding, or wind loads exceeding design specification
How to Claim
Three steps — no bureaucracy, no delays.

- Inspection Our technical team reviews the evidence and, if needed, schedules an on-site visit in Hyderabad or a video inspection for other cities. Assessment is completed within 3–5 working days.
- Repair or Replacement If the claim is covered under warranty, we repair on-site or manufacture a replacement at no cost. Resolution is typically completed within 7–15 working days depending on scope.
