Our aluminium ceiling louvers transform interior and exterior spaces with a clean, modern aesthetic. Each louver is precision-extruded from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy and powder-coated with weather-resistant finishes. The profiles are installed with gaps equal to the profile depth — creating a uniform, rhythmic pattern that allows controlled light passage and ventilation.
Available in both horizontal and vertical orientations, these louver systems are used for false ceilings in homes, offices, hotels and restaurants; pergola and canopy soffits; bathroom pipe covers; duct shaft covers with Z louvers and perforated panels; and decorative ceiling features in commercial spaces. A standout feature of our ceiling louver systems is the invisible maintenance door. In areas where plumbing, electrical or AC service access is needed — such as bathroom ceilings, shaft openings or valve points — we integrate access doors directly into the louver pattern. When closed, these doors are completely invisible — they match the surrounding louvers perfectly. When maintenance is required, simply open the door, do the work, and close it. No need to call a carpenter or break any ceiling — everything is designed for easy, tool-free access by the homeowner.
Aluminium louvers are the ideal solution for concealing exposed plumbing pipes, drainage stacks and service shafts in bathrooms, kitchens and utility areas. The louver pattern provides ventilation to prevent moisture buildup while hiding unsightly pipes. Maintenance doors integrated into the louver panel give instant access to valves, joints and cleanouts without dismantling anything.
Louver profiles are suspended from the structural slab using GI threaded rods and concealed carrier channels. The profiles clip or screw into the carrier system — no welding required. End caps and corner trims give a clean finished look. The entire system is demountable for maintenance access.
