Z Louvers — Rain-Proof Shaft Covers with Full Ventilation

Z louvers are horizontally installed aluminium profiles with 45° angled gaps. This design blocks rain and direct sunlight from entering the duct area while allowing air to pass through freely from both sides. The duct never gets wet — so there is no moisture, no mould and no bad smell. Because the gaps are angled, birds cannot fly through. These louvers are especially good for areas where plumbing pipe joints need access; we install invisible maintenance doors so you can open a panel at the joint point and close it when done — no carpenter, no dismantling.

Perforated Aluminium Panels — Duct Shaft, Ceiling & Cladding

Perforated panels are aluminium sheets with punched holes in custom patterns. They are not limited to duct shafts — they are widely used in ceiling (false ceiling, soffits, pipe covers) and cladding (facade, building exterior, modern elevations). When used to cover duct shafts, the shaft area becomes almost invisible. For ceiling and cladding, perforated panels add light, air passage and a contemporary look. Same 1mm–3mm thickness range, custom hole patterns and coating options apply across all applications.

• 1mm aluminium: ₹350 – ₹400 per sqft
• 1.5mm aluminium: ₹450 – ₹500 per sqft
• 2mm thick: ₹550 – ₹650 per sqft
• 2.5mm thick: ₹650 – ₹750 per sqft
• 3mm thick: ₹750 – ₹900 per sqft
